Since my last update.
Sorry about that! Let's see if I can catch up on what has been happening since the last time I updated.
Chrissy had a birthday last Saturday, so we went up to my parents house to have a little birthday party! We also celebrated Audreys 3rd Birthday which is really today!
I have been staying busy at work and working out and taking audrey swimming. Last night we went swimming at the YMCA and Aud made friends with a little hispanic girl. She was maybe five..they held hands and walked around in the water, and went down the slides about 100 times it seemed. As I sat there watching her it became clear to me that she is growing up. It seem like just yesterday, she was a little infant learning to hold her head up, and those big blue eyes were looking intently at everything that passed in front of them.
When I was rocking her last night, she told me "I love you Daddy..thanks for being my best daddy." I almost started crying. I just hope that she always feels that way about me, even when she is a teenager. So Happy Birthday Audrey! I hope that you know how much I love you too and can't imagine my life without you, and I enjoy being your Daddy, and Mommy's husband. I would not trade it for anything in the world! :)
Other than that, there has not been much else happening. Things are starting to pick up at work, and we are starting to get busier with installs and such. I am going to New Martinsville WV in about 2 weeks. Luckily we have a very good and reliable babysitter in Carrie and she will be able to watch Aud, so that Chrissy does not have to miss work. Then I am back the whole month of August and then I got Massecheussets for a install the week after Labor day. I love going to the Northeast...it is really pretty with the historical houses and waterfronts. One of my favorite places to visit when I can is Battleship Cove in Fall River MA. There is so much WWII history floating in the water. I also like to walk along the warfs and watch the boats come in with their daily catches of Seafood. It seems like they are always followed by some seagulls looking for a free meal.
Anyway, they only sucky thing about traveling is that I can not have my two favorite people with me.. :(. But on the up side, Chrissy and I will have been married 10 years next year and all of the traveling I am doing now will help offset the cost of our Anniversary trip to the Redwoods of California and the Oregon Coast!!
10 Years..how awesome is that!! I think that will be one of the proudest moments of my life, aside from Audrey being born. Your don't see a lot of people make it past 2 years let Alone 10!!! I love you Chrissy, thanks for sticking with it, even when things have been rough for both of us! I love you so Much....
Well I suppose I should get to work...
One other thing before I go...
Breaking Point and RA are coming back to Iowa. WHoooo Hooooo Front row baby..they both Rock
I'm Out!
Peace
